Dejannae “Dee” Lang has a degree in Psychology and is working on her Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. She also has a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and considerable experience in talent optimization. She was introduced to KMMF by Board member Marcelyn Cox and will help KMMF with its summer fellowship, mentoring pairing, and volunteer maximization efforts as an intern. KMMF is proud to have Dee Lang offer to assist the Board, volunteer mentors, and minority law students.
