This program will include district and magistrate judges from the Middle District discussing the benefits to the two jurist system in Federal Court, Jury selection, and strategic differences and ethical considerations in evaluating prospective jurors in Federal Court.

This course has been approved by The Florida Bar for 1 hour of General CLE credit, including .5 Ethics and 1 hour of Civil Trial credit.
